Did God Postpone the Kingdom To Isreal, Or Gave It To the Church?

per Acts, when asked by Apostles, Jesus said the times and seasons for that are in the Father hand...

Did Jesus mean isreal Kingdom through their messiah King was on hold/postponed, or that the Kingdom promised by god was passedunto the Church then?
