Did Hillary break any laws?

As the story grows, do you believe Hillary broke laws with her private server? Worse yet, will this hurt her run for President?

Also, if a private counsel is hired, do you see anything new on Benghazi, and Obama's and her involvement being brought out?

Finally, maybe someone can explain to me exactly what she did wrong by having a private server? All I see is that she could control what the public reads, but is this as bad as FOX is making it out to be? Thanks for your feedback....

She probably broke the law. But it will amount to nothing. There's no emails implicating her on HER server.

1. Yes and no.
2. No. Clinton has destroyed any evidence.
3. You don't see the potential for concealment of illegal and/or unethical activities? And she fired another diplomat for doing the same thing. Typical Hillary...exempt from the rules everyone else operates under.

If I may tack on....

She didn't use a "private server." She used a commercial internet service provider to utilize a personal email address. She backed up her email to a personal server.

You have two potential security problems: The commercial provider will not employ the same internet security controls that the government's system employs; and the personal server has a greater chance of being hacked than the government servers--and we *know* the government servers have been hacked.

But, but , but...

She assured us it was secure. End of investigation. Hillary has spoken.

Basically. Again a waste of time to be bringing this up now after she did it for four years and folks were too inept to notice or say anything.

The American public will be more concerned about why they are just discovering this as opposed to why she did it.

SO -- if a "lower" government employee did this for four years, and we just found out about it, would he/she be let off the hook because it's a "waste of time"?

If the answer is probably not, then why are you giving Hillary a free pass? Why aren't you demanding that she be held to the same standard that we should be holding ALL our politicians to? In fact, because they're representatives of you and me, why aren't you demanding that we hold her to a *higher* standard?

Of course, it is illegal so don't do it. The left wing of the Democrat Party seems to be on a witch hunt of some kind. They have buyer's remorse and would like to run Cherokee Woman for president but they are stuck with Grandma.

A lower government employee didn't do it. The former SOS did it. Nobody did anything while she was SOS so shut up about it now.

It's not gonna stick. Go ahead and find something else to to muddy here character with because this is just weak.

The GOP has got to learn how to play hardball. This is like wiffleball.

I can answer for myself. Your question is irrelevant as we aren't dealing with a low level employee.

Why aren't you demanding that she be held to the same standard that we should be holding ALL our politicians to?

And what standard would that be? I haven't seen a standard to which all our politicians are beholden. I've seen a lot of lipspeak and a bunch of very wealthy folks doing whatever they want and getting away with it.

So right about the time the GOP is ready to hold 47 GOP Senators to the same standard, that's when she can be held accountable for some silly email.

In fact, because they're representatives of you and me, why aren't you demanding that we hold her to a *higher* standard?

See above.

The GOP has nothing to do with this. This is a witch hunt by some left-wing newspapers. It is probably being encouraged by Cherokee Woman, who wants to be President. This is a fight between two women.

Right. That's why FOX News won't let it go.

This is a political smear campaign started by the GOP. Same thing happens before every Presidential election cycle.

Remember "Stop the Hillary Express?"

To borrow a line from Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly, "It's the politics of personal destruction" courtesy of the GOP.

They think if they can smear her enough, the Dems will try to find a challenger and drag out the race and their resources.

They need all the help they can get to make folks think have a shot ( which they don't) of winning the White House in November 2016.

The GOP and Fox have nothing to do with this. It came from Democrats at the New York Times and the Washington Post, two former newspapers. It is the Cherokee Woman wing of the Democrat Party that thinks that Hillary is a loser and a crook.

Then the source behind the Democrat newspapers is Cherokee Woman, who is the only one who had anything to gain from a setback for Hillary. I think that Hillary has a problem with the far left. It is rumored that Obama does not like the Clintons. Clearly, Democrats are just firing a warning shot across the bow of Hillary's boat sailing for the nomination. This is a fight among Democrats about their primary. It will all be over tomorrow because Democrats are not going to do anything about Hillary since Cherokee Woman is an even bigger loser.

The source behind the story is the GOP. You trying to manufacture some infighting between the Dems doesn't make it so.

Sounds like misplaced aggression because the GOP is internally tearing itself apart.
