God put our sins on Christ, poured out His wrath against that sin, and put Christ's righteousness on us.
Not a fair trade, but that's GRACE.
I guess it depends on if you believe what it says or not.
2Cor 5:21 For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
He was made sin and God judged sin and now for those who die in Christ there is no sin to judge so by His action we are made righteous.

Read what I said and do not add to it or change the words I used. This is what scripture says;jesus experienced the seperation from the father, had "hell" while upon the Cross, but are you saying He actually became a siinner?

What do you see that meaning?
As many charasmatic see it in a heretical fashion, as they see Jesus death being both physical/spiritual, become sin natured, and had to get born again!
You should know by now that I believe scripture means what it says without adding to or changing the wording to make it say something it does not. He was made sin for us who He knew no sin.
:laugh::laugh:So he became a sinner then?
Did his humanity change to a sin nature?
jesus experienced the seperation from the father, had "hell" while upon the Cross, but are you saying He actually became a siinner?
Jesus never sinned. How can you ask if He became a sinner??
Our sins were put on Him. He took God's wrath for OUR sins, not His. What is hard for you to understand about that?
If I offer to pay a debt for you, that doesn't mean that I incurred the debt, only that I took it upon myself so that you wouldn't have to pay it.
Then why so hard for some to say that he did not become a sinner?
Who is saying that Jesus was a sinner?
He took all the beatings and still lived. If you added up all these beatings, they would of killed the average man. But Jesus was without sin, so He did not die, but was marred more than any man. While on the cross, He then took on the sin of the world and died, giving up His spirit.
