    Yep, both.
    First of all, I knew that Ken is a big fan of the CATO Institute, as he has eluded to that fact prior to this discussion. After reading the article at the "fair and balanced" FoxNews.com ( [​IMG] ), I simply knew that Ken would post a reply so I decided to post a link, knowing that he would reply. Ken and I scarcely agree on anything politically, but I do enjoy reading what he thinks.

    Secondly, I couldn't help but notice that there is nothing at the "fair and balanced" FoxNews.com that would indicate the other side of the debate. That is why I interjected the "fair and balanced" statement.
