Dinosaurs and humans

Should have saved this for April 1st.

Why, I'm serious. Ever listen to Bob Dutko? He makes a lot of sense on this issue. There are records of dinosaurs in Marco Polo's travels, artwork of dinosaurs after Jesus' day and much more evidence that some dinosaurs still walked the earth along side of man. How did man know how to draw a dinosaur if they were all bones in the earth? The answer is that they witnessed them first hand.

If one simply believes what God said via His written word, there is no problem believing they co-existed!
I's only when one tries to explain what God "Really Meant", as opposed to what He "Really Said", that difficulties arise.

The problems arise when science has to fit anything into their evolutionary narrative. If it doesn't then they demonize or dismiss it.

I find the common "myth" about dragons to be somewhat indicative that humans were involved with some level of dinosaur activity within recorded history. Too many times, and too prevasive in the ancient literature to be pushed off easily. Same deal with flood narratives, which surface (ha!) in every culture on earth.

Of course, no ancient CALLED them dinosaurs, for that term was not coined until the late 1800s.

If that was the case, I doubt humanity would have achieved continence.:tongue3:
