You have chickens too? My girls, what I call them love to come for pets. I love when they spread their wings and bow down for a good massage. I am always reminded of the Spirit of the L-rd as well the desire to gather them in my arms.
Yes and a white boxer dog named Blue… always at my side.

Next comes the light shows and then the purple smoke … when will it end I ask my self, where does it end!
When you are lost in the smoke and can't find the exit. :Biggrin

(Actually Baptist churches have used instruments for a couple of centuries without becoming a show.....but I have also seen productions).

From yesterday, the girls found the climbing rose bush next to the lilac.

And my German Shepherd, Tulip.
Oh I had one also but he died 2 yrs ago… broke my heart. I’d raised him as a protection dog, he was gentle with the family but hell to the mail man and UPS guy :D

this guy was a rescue dog so too old to train to be anything but what he is, a companion dog but he still can scare intruders away. I wanted to get a Malinos puppy but my wife wouldn’t let me… also had my sights on a Cane Corso but she wanted to compete with my aging Shepherd so I couldn’t get her… but those Malinos are something special … adrenaline induced junkies and I love that!:Thumbsup

G-day,
I had written on a subject briefly, the Prophet Jonah: Jonah – The Right Prophet - The school of Isaiah

Thanks for your prayers for my wife and I. We attended a Lutheran church and both have agreed to return. Now that I have found a place for us both to worship on Sunday I can inquire and look for a synagogue to Worship Friday evening.

About the Prophet Jonah after rereading this time through I couldn't help but remember how David hated with a perfect hatred those who hated the L-rd. David counted them his enemies.

Shalom

That’s where Benaiah came in. He protected both David and Solomon. Killed all threats, killed Joab.

@37818 how are you among the other fellas doing today? I am not privileged enough to participate in the other featured threads as of yet so irrelevant or broad discussion can only take place in this thread.

I had as my last update attended a Lutheran church last Sunday and plan to go again. Was a good sermon, the emphasis in soteriology being of monergism. My wife will be on vacation and away at the end of this week but I'll attend the Lutheran church myself for Sunday worship.

Finish the book Understanding Judaism @37818?

Shalom

The use of assassins at times throughout the OT has me on edge. I have wheat and barley..... Jeremiah 41:8 Hopefully Ishmael like the angel of death will pass over.

Tough audience, what do I have to do for a laugh around here, hold a straight razor up to somebody's throat?

I suppose Contractors go way back in history.

Tribes…the Levites were both body guards, elected soldiers and executioners. Benaiah was one of those elite.

Agreed, and if I might add the tribe of Levi was very special whether or not they lived by the sword. When all hell broke loose at Sinai, I can see it now where the Angel of the L-rd smote the people, before then, the question was asked by Moses, who is with me? I can see the tribe of Levi now drawn to the line against. The covenant of Levi was emphasized throughout the OT the last chapter of Isaiah as well Malachi. The Levites were spiritual men and something special. The story of the young Levite for example, in the time when emphasis on the tribe of Levi diminished and the conditions of Israel degraded, I couldn't help but recall what Jacob emphasized in stating Levi was cruel. Make some waves Levites!!!

Shalom

A little show and tell after my latest guitar purchase. Ortega guitar (Eclipse) and real reptile hide guitar strap. The guitar strap came from Argentina and the guitar was designed in German by Ortega. When I had seen the moon it was a sealed deal.
