Yes after a fashion, though her role and function was much more than a prophet's, yet it included also that role as a prophetess, though she now sleeps in Christ Jesus, awaiting her special resurrection. What remains behind are the testimonies of the LORD.Do The SDA See Ellen White As Modern Prophetess Then?
No. Apples to Oranges fallacy. The LDS (aka: Mormon), see Joseph Smith as a God, and someone who is from everlasting/eternal (among other things). Ellen G White was simply a messenger of God (like Moses, Deborah, etc), and not God (ever), neither from everlasting.Same way as Mormons would Joseph Smith?
When she was alive (meaning breathing, now she sleeps in Christ Jesus, awaiting her special resurrection), she was indeed inspired of the Holy Ghost, just as was Moses, Deborah, Daniel, Paul, John, etc.So she would be inspired
No. The Bible (KJB) is the primary source, Creation (as viewed through scripture (KJB)) another source, Angels, Visions, Dreams, Voices from Heaven, man-kind, even animal-kind, etc are also used by God to communicate, even as through Balaam's Donkey.and only source
Seventh-day Adventists (true), believe the written word of God (KJB), John 17:17. The written word of God teaches that God may use as many methods of communication as God chooses (as written in the word).for what SDA must believe that the Bible teaches?
Well, from my humble, submitted, and learned (KJB, history, etc) position, she "promulgated" true Biblical Christianity, which is why I am what I presently am, a Seventh-day Adventist (and not of another designation). Why would I give up such a present position, as I stand upon, simply because you 'said so', without documentation to substantiate your accusation? She promulgated Apostate Chriatianity
More undocumented accusations? Do you really take your position based upon simply because you think so, say so? Circular argument. Aprioric. Not very wise thing to do if so.She was a liar and the daughter of satan
was she just as inpired in her books as the Apostles were in theirs? If you find out that the Bible and her disagree on a major doctrine, whose view would the Sda take? She kept changing her views over time, did prophets ion the Bible do that?Yes after a fashion, though her role and function was much more than a prophet's, yet it included also that role as a prophetess, though she now sleeps in Christ Jesus, awaiting her special resurrection. Apostate Christianity is Roman Catholicism (of which I used to be and have internal knowledge and experience of (30 years)).
2Th_2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:3 μη τις υμας εξαπατηση κατα μηδενα τροπον οτι εαν μη ελθη η αποστασια πρωτον και αποκαλυφθη ο ανθρωπος της αμαρτιας ο υιος της απωλειας

She is exactly same as a Joseph Smith or a pastor Russell, claiming to speak for God but was not!She renounced Biblical Christianity and started a cult based around herself
Sda claimed all the time that Bible is their last word, and yet they always heed what EW had to say!She promulgated Apostate Chriatianity
She was a liar and the daughter of satan
I want to say, you aren't being serious when you make such a statement, but were to I say such a thing, I would be in error, as I most certainly do think you are serious when you say such an ignorant thing, but being serious about something, doesn't automatically equate to being true or substantial in evidence. She renounced Biblical Christianity and started a cult based around herself
Really?, what then of yours, written over 100 years later?Their testimonies are irrelevant ...
Really?, what then of yours, written over 100 years later?
Your 'testimony' is just as valid as qur'an's testimony on the Bible, Gospel and Jesus Christ (which is to say, lest anyone be confused, not valid at all).
You are simply citing 'you' again, and yet I have shown on several occasions now, that what you think is so, ain't so - SDA: Cult of Fear-Mongers... She denied to sufficiency of Scripture ...

Simple question, simple answer. My question to you is-
Was Ellen White’s teachings above scripture, equal to scripture or subsurvient to scripture?
A simple answer
I anxiously anticipate your answer
That is a misunderstanding of 'Sola Scriptura'. Sola Scriptura teaches that God uses, Angels, Mankind (prophets, etc), Visions, Dreams, Creation (nature), Animals, Voices from Heaven, etc, yea even His own Son. Sola Scriptura does not deny what itself teaches. What happens is the redefinition of Sola Scriptura to that which scripture does not teach. Scripture itself teaches:If she held to sola scripture, there would be no need for her writings. She is holding people in bondage w her teaching and leading people astray from God
