I believe these are not true Baptist churches (looking under "what we believe" they have the Canons of Dort as part of their faith). I do not believe a church can be "baptist" and hold to the Canons of Dort because (for one readon as an example) it specifically attributes salvation to a covenant relationship of the parent. Another issue with them being "Baptist" may be "soul liberty".
That said, "Baptist" has largely lost meaning.
We have "Baptist churches under elder leadership, deacons as a leadership role, prescribed extra-biblical positions, etc.
