For a catechism in print, this one may still be available - The Baptist Catechism commonly called Keach's Catechism (put forth in 1869, adopted by the Philadelphia Baptist Association in 1742, being the edition published in London in 1794, newly revised by Paul King Jewett, 1952). I'm not sure if it is still in print.
The back cover contains this quote by C. H. Spurgeon: "In matters of doctrine you will find orthodox congregations frequently changed to heterodoxy in the course of thirty or forty years, and that is because, too often, there has been no catechising of the children in the essential doctrines of the Gospel. For my part I am more and more persuaded that the study of a good Scriptural catechism is of infinite value to our children..."
