Can women be missionaries, and even be seminary professors/teachers, as well as theologians/authors of biblical materials?
Know that the Bible prohibits them as teachers/pastors in a local church, does that mandate apply elsewhere or not?
What is a "st female"?
I don't know it all depends on the interpretation. I don't think the Bible speaks on this matter so it's up to liberty and wisdom. At BJU and IFB churches a woman cannot be a seminary teacher nor a missionary by herself.
Tell me, Yeshua1, just how do you prohibit a woman who is so inclined from writing and publishing a commentary? Many Baptists allow for female missionaries though, as well as them able to write theological works such as cemmentaries, so where does it end the prohibition?

No.
