Meaning what?
Don’t be a slave to fear… especially if you are a child of God.
Are you denying mental illness is the culprit to insane behavior?

All this came upon King Nebuchadnezzar. Not having the Spirit to be a slave to fear, it did not make sense. Galatians 5:22. 2 Timothy 1:7.
I’m not in disagreement that demonic possession can and is a major contributor to peoples irrational behavior. I also believe that dealing with irrational fear is a major contributor… how many times in the Bible are we instructed to “Fear Not”… 365 times.
Again when someone is fearful, they tend to cower to it… if nothing else they tolerate it. Tolerance becomes a refuge for the fearful and so they placate it vs refusing to give in to it. Reference how the government & healthcare industry Manipulated people to take Covid shots…. Through irrational fear!

Well there is this mentioned in Ephesians 2:2, ". . . the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: . . ."
It’s interesting that my younger brother who had gone to a Bible school was getting all crazy about the beginning of the millennium 2000 and prepares for catastrophe… he buys a whole house generator, pack rats food, guns & ammo etc. Me a heathen (at the time) reminded him to review Christ's teachings on being without fear and that you would not know the time. So who was the believer when the year of our lord 2000 rolled around? Honestly, who are His sheep & who are the goats? I’m thinking there are allot of mangy goats roaming the world and they are fearful of everything. 
And I don’t deny that… not for a second. It’s a evil world and I didn’t make it… but I have to deal with it. In dealing with it do I Suppress truth, do I become callous, do I ignore the propaganda being spread around as alternative truth blah blah. For me the answer is no.
