Does Your Baptist Church have A "Litmus" Membership test?

Mine requires one to be saved, or at least "seem" to be... As pastor/Elder Interviews you...
requires to take 6 week "initation" course into who we are, how we run, what we believe...
Either be Water Baptised, or else have it scheduled soon after accepted into membership...
Agree to statements of beliefs, also agree to tithe support Ministries etc

We do NOT however exclude based on areas like If one is a calvinist/arminiianist, believesin tongues for today or not, if one is pre mil pre trib post trib amil etc, would have a problem with full pretierist though!

Any one exclude based on those we see as "disputable" matters?

A public profession of faith and water baptism are the only requirements for membership in my congregation.

I definitely favor some kind of orientation, new member's class, though.

If for nothing else, to make sure they understand our doctrines and practices, and agree with the basics.
