Let me know what issues will be addressed at this years convention. If it’s anything like the last couple years, you will be deciding which old monuments need to be removed, or maybe they can sign an amendment to have all members who still have a rebel flag in their possession to burn them.
I hope I’m wrong, but can you tell me why they employ a left leaning individual who has been a never trumper, to represent them in the public marketplace when 80% of southern baptists voted for trump? The objective should be to bring in people, not divide them or drive them away.
It would be wise to never assume or deny anyone else’s faith. All are at different points on their walk, wouldn’t you say? Or are all of us here on this Baptist forum done with our walk? I don’t think so.
