not being investigated, as in autopsies, she says, and they need to be.

Dr. Jane Orient: Where Are the Autopsies of People Dying Post COVID Vaccine? (noqreport.com)

Up now from 7,000 to 12,000 vaccine deaths not investigated according to VAERS, which likely has inaccurate numbers. The obvious answer is the people running the vaccine show don't want this investigated.

===========================================
At the time of Orient’s published commentary, she quoted a death toll after the COVID shot of nearly 7,000 people as reported in VAERS. This was in early July. By the end of July that number had risen to 12,366 people. That’s a jump of over 5,000 people in less than 30 days who reportedly had died after the COVID injections.

Orient comments that while it’s the best system available now for recording adverse events from vaccines, VAERS is likely missing 90% or more of the actual number of individuals who are hospitalized, have suffered anaphylactic reactions, have Bell’s Palsy, had heart attacks or had life-threatening reactions. The lack of accurate recording also includes the actual number of people who have died after receiving an injection.

In this age of supposed scientific medicine and a pandemic, we are relying on death certificates for statistics on the cause of death, even though they are known to be extremely unreliable. Dr. Jane Orient
and
Unfortunately, autopsy rates have fallen from 25% to less than 5% over the past four decades. It never was a revenue producer for anyone except malpractice attorneys.
and
I find it shocking that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Joint Commission that accredits hospitals are not demanding autopsies or testing of vaccine samples. It is not possible to declare a product safe and effective without obtaining direct evidence from potential victims.

There would need to be an order from CDC or FDA to do autopsies. It's rare to do an autopsy in a case of "attended death ".

Right, but it seems like that would be the true way to know whether the cause of death was or was not related to the vaccine.

According to Dr. Orient, Congress has protected the manufacturers against product liability, so opening up to lawsuits should not be an issue.

I agree. It should be done, but it won't be.
