Dreams

By the way, there is a valid reason for me not shouting whilst preaching. I did dream one night that my false teeth ended up in the front row of pews one service. Now that is a dream, my friends.

Cheers,

Jim

I've heard of spit reaching the front pews but not false teeth. Now, that's hell fire and brim stone on steroids.

Let me recommend you get a sleep study. When my husband started waking ME up because he was moving around so much I made him talk to his doc. Turns out, he has a very severe case of sleep apnea and he'd quit breathing on average of once every 29 seconds for an average of 30 seconds per occurance! Then he'd jerk himself awake, thus waking me of course. CPAP machine has made alllllllll the difference!

Very good advice. Both my wife and I have severe apnea and yes, a CPAP makes a world of difference.

Getting a sleep study is a good idea, but my hubby uses a CPAP and still has "violent" dreams if he is worried about something. The CPAP will help with breathing issues during sleep and it reduces snoring.
