A BaptistBoard coffee mug should be coming your way.

I drink about 6 to 8 cups a day - a medical condition leaves me prone to kidney stones and various other kidney problems so I must keep the pump primed.

It regulates blood sugar as well.

Anywhere from 2-4 16 oz servings a day. Once in a while there will be less, but if I'm not drinking a minimum of two 16 oz amounts, bad headaches start after a couple days of that and my cuticles start getting painfully dry. Our bodies definitely help tell us what we need and discourage us from getting dehydrated - if we listen.

I definitely try to get in a good 8 cups of water a day and some days I do way better, other days not so good. I do have at least one cup of coffee or tea a day as well and then go to water though most of the rest of the day.

How many people have jobs that cause them to not drink enough water because they cannot get enough bathroom breaks?
Teachers, line workers, etc. often deal with this issue and usually adjust their fluid intake. I see that as a problem! I've heard of people resorting to wearing adult diapers at work...
Pretty crazy to live in a place with clean water and ample restrooms, and some people still can't get enough water.

Oh yeah Gina! As a nurse I found it very hard to get to the loo so, I just did not drink anything other than coffee. People have water bottles beside them at work and I wonder about their bladders. If I got a break, I certainly was not gonna waste it on trekking to the loo, had to inhale food at light speed. And of course the fag.....[emoji4]

I try to drink at least 2 liters of water everyday. But it's mostly tea. Some people talk about a lot of water, like 6 or 5 liters a day, but I don't think it's good for your kidneys.

I drink lots of water. I try to drink 2 liter a day, that is not counting my morning coffee. Other the coffee though I just drink water. It is so good for you.

I try really hard to drink 8 glasses of water a day. But in reality it is probably closer to 5-6 glasses. I try to drink a glass before and after every meal and several times throughout the day, but it doesn't always work out like that.

I do drink upto two litres a day when the weather is hot. When it is cold I hardly finish even a glass. Water nourishes our bodies and we are supposed to drink more than 5 glasses a day. I do avoid drinking water when am hungry. I prefer to eat first then I drink water.

The only time I have a taste for water is when I am really thirsty. I do drink a lot of milk, tea, and juices. Some people set down to a meal and never touch there drink till they have completely eaten their meal. I probably drink three glasses of milk at breakfast and the same liquids at other meals. I do a lot of hiking and I drink a lot of liquids on these occasions.

I think I consume around 8-10 glasses of water a day. I am always on water therapy, keeping myself hydrated all the time.
