The 2020 election might be over, but if criminal acts were committed, something needs to be done about it, and something could be done if anyone had the guts and conviction. Further, if Republicans don't do something to stop the massive mail-in balloting and poll-place shenanigans, they will get cheated again in the mid-terms and in 2024. All of them say and think a great red wave is coming, but the red wave may turn out to be a trickle if the Republicans don't grow a spine.

There have been several legislative efforts to secure the election process in repub states. The effort by Dems to federalize elections has failed.

The repubs have done good work on election law over the past year. They should do fine, if they can convince voters to support them.

If they allow the Dems to use some new crisis to let people use mass mail-in votes again and don't do anything to stop it, or actually assist in it, as they did before (as in Georgia), they'll lose again.

Of course that’s true. I have said before the Dems could not have succeeded in 2020 without repubs cooperating with their mail in ballot policies.

The only question, really, is whether repubs were rolled or did they join forces, in some states, to get rid of Trump.

In Georgia, imo, the Governor and SOS, joined forces with Dems to get rid of Trump. They will be “primaried” and hopefully be held accountable by losing their positions.

If the Republicans gain control of the House and Senate, hopefully they will expose but not dwell on the Democrat corruption in the past, and so work to block government by edict from the dictators of the left. I doubt they will be able to override Mr. Biden and reopen our energy source and supply lines. Interest rates will have to be raised above the inflation rate so people stop spending and start saving. Right now our savings our being spent by inflation at a rate of about 7% a year. Which of course fuels inflation. (Us it or lose it.)
