Signs are for the Jewish people (assuming God will remove the veil and resume His dealings with them). Signs appeared after Pentacost so there can be an overlap.
Though we won't be here at the end (the Great Tribulation), that does not necessarily mean the church(es) will not be able to see some of the signs if they begin appearing before we are "caught up" (harpazo) to be with the Lord.
We cannot know the day or the hour but we can discern the season.
The light of dawn begins starts appearing long before sunrise.
