Elderly woman attacekd by G*y Rights supporters

I don't see the whole story on this item.
I have, however, seen fundamentalist Christians get pretty obnoxious in their anti-protest protest. Did this woman get in their faces? The press often forgets to state ALL the facts.
Remember the killings and violence at the abortion centres? The violence was not done by the abortionists.

First, this thread isn't about your view of fundamentalists of abortion terrorists. Second events similar to these are beginning to happen all over the country. Churches are being assaulted during worship times as well. The story is complete and the video is pretty self explanatory. Homos*xuals are attacking anyone they perceive supports what happened in California.

I agree. What was shown in the video was complete chaos, anger, and just what happens when sin is faced with God. I don't know how the woman came there but she came to a protest of the proposal that was voted for in California that confirmed that the majority want to keep marriage between a man and a woman. She came with a cross and she was little and older. So instead, a bunch of the protesters surrounded the woman and the reporter and camera man (atleast) and were screaming at her - so much so that the reporter couldn't even be heard. Then they were blocking the camera with their signs.
These same sort of people actually got into a church under disguise then disrupted the services screaming because the church dared to speak to the Word of God.
I'm sorry but this doesn't help their case at all. "It doesn't affect you" is their mantra but they're going to make sure it does. They're just disruptive idiots in my book and do not deserve respect when they do not respect others. Period. I'd turn my back on them and not listen to a word they said. I wouldn't go to their protest to speak to them because they are of Satan and want nothing to do with God. Instead I will pray that they would have their hearts touched by their Creator and they would see how He truly made them - and not as they claim to be.

Perhaps Jim being from Canada means he isn't fully aware of the impact being felt in the states???
I said quite clearly that I couldn't see the film. Someone seems to enjoy attacking anything I say. How much clearer could I be? Wake up and pay mind.
What I said is still true. I have seen the same abuses on both sides of the coin. By the way, in Canada, it is illegal to disrupt a church service and the intruders can be arrested and charged.
The true gays try to live their lifestyle without interference by others. There is a noisy lot who seem to enjoy public demonstrations and making a mockery of what they claim to believe.
I am not supporting homosexuality. Not one little bit. I am supporting the rights of some to be homosexual in a so-called free society with civil rights.
As most of you know, I helped to get the law regarding marriages changed so that ministers did not have to, by law, perform any wedding not of our choosing and we got the wording of the law changed from "marriage" to "union"; a fair compromise, in my opinion.

I see this "noisy lot" as trying to impose their will of views on society as a whole. I see it as a robber campaigning to make breaking and entering legal. However some do see this as a civil rights protest but I disagree (on biblical principles).

I applaud your actions and wish some of us could sit down at the table of discussion with Obama regarding abortion. I don't see having a Catholic priest say you can't take communion if you voted for Obama as the right way to work this thing out... Just my $00.02
