Let’s see if I can calculate that. There are 300 million Americans and the “average” is typically within one standard deviation of the mean, or about 60% of the population. So about 18 million people have just as much right to the $1 million. That works out to about 5.5 cents each. As one of the 18 million, who do I talk to to get my Trump nickel.

In Maine, I'm pretty sure that one must have at least 1/4 Indian ancestry, well substantiated, to obtain tribal privileges. I'd guess it's the same or similar for other US tribes.
