Good sermon by Voddie Baucham.

Errors facing the Church:
1. The lack of teaching that wives are to submit to their husband in all things. Included in this is the error of teaching mutual submission, which is unbiblical.
2. The Church failing to teach that Male Headship and Patriarchy is Biblical, morally right and God ordered. The Church needs to embrace Patriarchy as we are a Patriarchy through God the FATHER.

Watch the sermon to see more ;)

The errors facing the church are really self imposed. A truly biblical church with saved understand of scripture do not need to be taught.. more like gently guided through scripture and what God expects. Of course, if a Baptist church was to introduce non saved people into the church it would no longer be a Christian church… more like a wayward group meeting place.

Yes, several of the errors facing the Church are coming from Churches that have backslid into wokeness-light and have just generally moved away from millenia of Christian teaching.

Voddie mentions that in some cases the Church is fighting a two-front war. One against the World, and one against the backslid Church that is anklebiting those Christians that dare to stand up for God's Word.

Yes, many, and I believe the majority of believers accept that women are to submit to their husbands in the home and male leadership in the church, and are not to seek or accept the role of adult teacher or counselor within the body of Christ.

A fraction, and probably a small fraction of believers think "in Christ" there is no difference in the roles male or female believers can play within the body of Christ.

Within that as a given, what are other "Errors" being manifested by our different doctrines?
1) Is water baptism necessary for salvation?
2) Have the sign and wonder gifts, healing, tongues, prophecy ceased, or are those claiming otherwise false teachers?
3) Were all the individuals ever to be chosen for salvation, chosen before creation or the fall of humanity?
4) Is the only English version of scripture that should be used the KJV?
5) Does scripture teach that engaging in homosexual activity is wrong?

Yes but what leads churches to backslide in the first place… I believe it’s because they (the church) allows reprobates (enemy’s) to enter it. Two years ago already I visited a church and found out they dedicated a restroom to transvestites.
