couldn't he get in trouble with his bosses though for using his company's business exchange for personal reasons?

The person you are talking about is one of those people who has position far above his talent. I have been to his church, you wouldn't know he's never been to college (until you heard him preach) . I have heard it said that every service is a challenge just to figure out where this is going. Yet he is dogged in his position to hire "anybody he wants" so let's bring on the presbyterians and then not mention it when the independent Baptists ask him to moderate their association. Now problem it can be taken care of with a round of golf.
