It has literally been amended 27 times.

Define: Evolve

That is not evidence of evolution, but of adaptation, a process built into the constitution. The fact that it has only been amended 17 times since 1791is evidence of the resiliency and durability of the document as written.

Because of the difficulty of amending the Constitution, and the consensus required to do so, activist judges have taken to radical interpretation and and intentional misinterpretation as a method to get what they WANT for political purposes, not what is allowed or mandated by the constitution.

The recent rulings on Trump's EO are perfect examples of this activism. Their decisions are not grounded in the Constitution of in any written statute at all. They're just making it up as they go along to suit their political ideology.

Left wing ideologues can't get what they want any other way. they don't have enough public support for the amendment process.

It is evidence that it has evolved by the very definition of the word. Not going to argue anymore on it.

Evolve:
Code:
develop gradually, especially from a simple to a more complex form.

That's your problem. You place as much importance on the Constitution as on the Bible. The Bible is far more significant and not even in the same category as the Constitution. You also don't understand history. The framers of the Constitution expected to see change over time. There is only one perfect document that's ever been written and that's the Bible.
From reading your posts, there is no doubt I understand history and government better. When the Constitution is amended, which is very rare, it does not mean you forget the rest of it. No the Bible and Constitution do not equate However your perspective of the Constitution is way out of wack. You go way beyond the amendments, and add functions to the federal government that the Constitution does not speak of,, like health care. It is this type of mindset that advances liberal causes. Liberal causes create society more worldly and less spiritual. By the way, speaking of the Bible, the mandate to take care of the sick is with the local church, a fact you totally ignored.

Yes you can. Politics isn't binary. There are plenty of places where the government can be useful to citizens and plenty of places where it can't. Just because you believe that the government should handle healthcare doesn't mean you can't also believe that the government should be reduced elsewhere.

Too many people look at politics as black and white, or Republican or Democrat unfortunately. That is how we keep getting disappointed every 4 years regardless of which side wins.
I agree.

Personally my wife and I disagree on healthcare.

My own opinion is that health care should be a free market endeavor with a government adjusted-by-income subsidy for those of lower income levels.

You are correct there have been many disappointments over the years. Many.
But so the nature of man.
