26 States voted for Biden
Of those 26 The following 11 was won by Biden with less than 55% of the vote
Ariz
Georgia
Maine
Michigan
Minn
Nev
NH
NM
PA
VA
WI
So of the 11 States/Commonwealths listed above - what happened - specifically - that Trump was not declared the winner

There were several crucial states that changed the way the elections were held without going through the state legislatures, which is unconstitutional. Specifically, mail in ballots were allowed where they would not have been allowed except for Covid.
Additionally, the requirements for signature verification on these ballots was modified without legislative input.
Additionally, several crucial state decided, independently but at the same time (?) to stop counting ballots election night.
Additionally, the next morning, many tens of thousands of the before mentioned mail in ballots pushed Biden over the top in crucial states.
Additionally, many tens of thousands of the “mail in ballots” were never folded to fit into envelopes to be mailed. Nor were the signatures on the non-existent envelopes matched with the mail in voters signature.
All that stated… once the state legislatures certified the results, Biden became the duly elected, constitutionally elected POTUS.

Biden supposedly got 15 million more votes than Obama did in 2012. But the Dems lost 13 House seats.
Biden underperformed Clinton's 2016 vote in every major metro area, yet somehow outperformed her in the major swing state cities of Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta and Philly.
