Exiting Facebook

Can any of you give specific instructions how to totally, completely, get rid of a FB acct.?
I mean such that if I should ever want(?) to get back on, I'd have to create a new acct.!

Apparently you have to contact FB, not by just using the deactivation tool.

I tried to post a link, but it was broken when I copied it to here. Search for deleting your account on facebook's help pages. It will give you instructions.

I had to put in spaces between the // and the www so make sure you remove those first.

Yep! I find myself spending too much time on this (IMHO) virtually useless program, so I kinda figure the best thing to do is get rid of it and treat it like an addiction.

Also, after trying to find the procedure to delete, and finding so many others that have no idea how either, I decided that there was some conspiricy Sneaky) to keep you on their list! (We need a tinfoil hat emoji)
