Can we know the exact date (Julian Calendar) of the 1st century Passover?

How does any one corroborate that?
Not in the Bible.
The same way we corroborate Tiberius starting his reign in 14 AD, the same way we corroborate the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD.....it is well documented in history.

When you divorce Scripture from history you make Christianity a mythology.

That explains not a thing. Just more non corroborated claims.

It means that the crucifixion is a historical event. The crucifixion occurred in history. The exact opposite of your belief.

De Vita Mosis is one example. It records departures between the Jewish practices during Christ's time and God's instruction Exodus.

We know what was occurring because we have documents from that time stating what was occurring.

You present a theory that makes Christianity a myth existing outside of human history. That is wrong.
