Explanation of Hillary's e-mail

A blogger at "The Other McCain" explains about Hillary's e-mail by quoting George Carlin:

A man in Texas was arrested today for shooting and killing: his wife, son, two daughters, his mother and father, all four of his grandparents, his dog, his mailman, three neighbors, and a woman who works at the filling station. He claims he was just cleaning his gun when it suddenly went off.

But in all seriousness, what is the matter with Hillary? I thought she knew better, so did she think this could never be found out? And I've read that she never had an official government email account and nobody questions that?

Then I read her department fired someone for this same reason - using a private email account at work - a few years ago? That says she had to have been very aware of this law, which makes perfect sense.

What we really need is an investigation of the ethics of the ethics committee selection board.

Real accountability left this country long ago. We continue to reap what we sow. That is an immutable law from God.

A lot of our selected officials seem to think they are above the law. Some act with impunity, apparently. Hillary's hubby, Bill, got away with high crimes and misdemeanors. He still gets a lot of honorarium. The eternal reaping is not far away.

How Hillary survived Benghazi is curious. She can probably take too many higher ups down with her. Has there ever been an honest politician? The whole tree is rotten. Don't forget: the cabinet is appointed, not elected.

"The axe is at the root."

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

I think this is another waste of time and an attempt to throw something at her and hoping it sticks because she's the presumptive Democrat nominee for President.

It's email. The American public just doesn't care. If this is the best the GOP can do, then skip the election cycle and go ahead and inaugurate her today.

She was busy raising money for the Clinton Foundation. That was the reason she was flying all over the world. She was the bag lady.

I am not sure he is carrying the water. It seems like he just has no idea what is exactly at stake on a great number of issues. I think he is genuinely ignorant.

For someone who tries to appear above politics, he seems to defend the Administration a lot.

I'm not defending anything. It's just a non-issue for the majority of the country. The GOP set about destroying her in 2008 because they thought she was gonna be the nominee. Lo and behold, they ended up with someone worse.

I'm just saying that in the grand scheme of things, not using a White House email account ain't gonna mean anything to the American public.

It's a stupid waste of time and will be viewed as a Hillary witch-hunt. It's the very type of smear campaigning that the GOP always tries to accuse the Dems of doing.

It's the Democrats who don't like her much and who are digging up all this stuff and putting it in the Washington Post. It was the Democrats who denied her the nomination in 2008. It is the Democrats who in 2015 are looking for someone else. It is the Democrats who are stuck with Hillary in 2016. Read her book Hard Choices--no one else did.

I dunno. The media is pushing this. After four days it's still front page news.

Because it's sensational. At the end of the day, she's not going to lose the Democrat nomination or the White House because of email.

And you can rest assured that if she had her own server that she used for these emails, that there is nothing that will show up that "really" incriminates her.

It's again email. Now if something shows up like it did with the Ferguson police department, then that would be news. This really isn't.

This is just folks looking for a bigger story.

It's a Democrat problem. Hillary fired an ambassador to Kenya for doing what she herself did.

The real problem is that the Democrats have so destroyed their own party that they really don't have anyone else to run in 2016. It's her turn because there is no one else. She is a lousy speaker, a lousy campaigner, and an unwell person.

Consider this scenario. Hillary is the leading Democratic candidate going into the summer of 2016. Suddenly, new emails are "found" implicating her somehow in her dealings as Sec. of State, perhaps regarding Benghazi. If I were the Dems I would always be wondering when/if this shoe would drop. Would you want to nominate a candidate that has potential scandal hanging over her head?

She is married to Bill Clinton. She will always have a potential scandal hanging over her head.

There can't be anymore implicating her in Benghazi than there was implicating Ronald Reagan in the Iran contra Affair.

At the end of the day, what she did with a private email account won't be an issue for any voters except the folks who already oppose her simply because she's Hillary Clinton, wife of their all-time nemesis, Bill Clinton.
