    I've just been there, says it's a closed group and I need to be invited to join. My real name on Facebook is Audrey Foxcroft-Henry - so you need to invite me on over, eh?

    There should be a "Request to join" button or something similar. If not send a message to Roger-Mary Parrow then I can add you to friends list then invite you.

    I created the group, unless you are already on my friend's list you need to use the "request to join" or similar button.

    I didn't see that option. Maybe because I have already joined it, but it says only you must be invited.

    Those who are not members will see "Request to Join Group" immediately under the Bible icon in the upper right hand corner.

    You dingbat... you are already in the group, you can only click on the option to "leave Group"....

    Oh, I mean't "dingbat" in the nicest of ways...:tonofbricks:

    I am liking facebook better everyday... And it is nice getting to know people here.

    I just wish we all could meet somewhere...

    I don't recall even seeing leave group. I'll have to go check.

    I recall you having a little land down there. We'll pitch in to rent a tent, and you can host the BB get-together! My wife makes some mean desserts :)

    I must admit, I don't spend much time on Facebook except for communicating with my son and a few friends, as most the time I get a sneaky feeling that I'll start talking to my computer one day :) :smilewinkgrin:

    It's ok goldie... my new computer has the dictation program, I can talk to it, and it will type for me.....

    The problem begins when it starts talking back.

    A BB campout...

    Actually!!! Hmmm... now you have me thinking...

    There is a retreat nearby here, that for $100 a person you can stay for 2 nights, and get 5 meals....

    Our denomination is looking at it to use for some activities...



    It sleeps up to 70 people.. . That might be interesting!

    Let me think about this...
