Donna, People don't control you. You control yourself.

People can be jerks. I can be a jerk. (I am usually not. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHA. bWAHAHAHHAHAHAH.)

But you (well, the Lord) is /are in charge of how you act. If I let TinyTim get to me every time he posts, I would have to beat him down. But Iam in charge. I am woman. I am responsible for what I say and how I act.

 

I'm not sure why your jumping on me, all I said was facebook was not for me. That must be a crime I guess, no one told me.

By the way, what this actually means is, no matter what if your friendly people make sure your sorry you were, if your friendly someone will make you pay for it. This is what it actually means.

I'm having fun connecting on facebook. I'm connected to my mom, one niece and a long lost cousin I haven't seen for years. :thumbs:

 

I'm sorry if this has been your experience...it has not been mine. All people are fallen, so relationships will never be perfect this side of Heaven.

I don't think anyone is jumping on you because of facebook. I think comments like you made below reveal some hidden issue...

Bitsy even commented there might be new people to connect with, to which you replied "not usually". It seems like your mind is already made up that you don't want friends. That is why I stated we see why you don't like facebook...you mind is made up when it comes to interpersonal relationships. I'm sorry you are so bitter. We are not all the bad people you think we are.

I found two of my older grandchildren on there!

I have also made new friends from all over the world. It's amazing!

 

I found a distant cousin I didn't know I had living in the next town! And a distant cousin in England.

Facebook is pretty cool, Donna. I joined and found my niece and nephew on there who live in Minnesota (I'm in Georgia), as well as several folks I haven't talked with since high school.

Even Webdog became my friend...now I have someone to stay with if I ever want to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, or if I want to meet Drew Carey. (That's all I know about Cleveland :laugh: ).

Anyway, I encourage you to give it a try...I think you'd like it.

Still can't find BB Screen Names. I think I'm going blind...

I would suggest that Roger make a list and when he invites people to join the BB group, he put their Screen names from the BB on there.

That way, we know who we are adding as friends and talking to...
