    Excellent! Let's get some more in. Reminder: per Yahoo rules for head to head, we need an even number of teams. We have it now, but let's get more in there.

    Well, we just need to keep adding til we get even numbers!
    If necessary, we could push the draft back to the Sat before the season starts to give people more time to register If y'all think that would help). Don't want to conflict with Easter Weekend and be late enough to not conflict with March Mayhem

    In order to give more teams time to sign up and for us to get a better picture as to who is on rosters come opening day, I'm going to move the draft to March 29 (Saturday). That's two weeks from the originally scheduled day. I'll try to have it between 11 and noon. Any objections?

    Starting the Mon or Tues beforehand, we'll do the draft lottery to pick where we'll pick in the draft.

    My mistake. The season starts the week before (Mar 25). If we move the draft, it would have to be Easter weekend. That's going to be a conflict for too many. So we need at least one more team prior to the weekend (we must have an even number of teams) and then we'll do our lottery for the draft. Draft will remain at Mar 15.

    I am going to have to drop out of the league this year. I have enjoyed doing the football, college football, and basketball, but I just wont' have the time for the baseball league.

    Really, I think someone else needs to be put in the cellar and occupy my spot. :laugh:

    As of this moment, the league registration is closed. We have six teams.
    If any more want to join (and we'd have to have two at a time) then there is an allowance we can make...but more on that if we need it.

    Lottery order is forthcoming.

    Would anyone oppose to moving the draft time to 3:30 or 4 pm? It should move fairly quickly and this might be a better fit. Last minute necessity so your input is needed. Thanks.

    Tom, are you on Eastern time? I thought you were on Central and that the draft was originally set to 11 CDT. I looked today and the draft is set to 10 CDT, which is a conflict for me, so I would prefer it being moved back to 4pm CDT.

    Yes, I'm EDT.

    I think 4 central might be a little late. It's looking like 4 EDT, 3 CDT might be plausible. Would that work for you, CCRob?

    4HisGlory is a couple hours ahead of us so I don't want to go into the late evening for him, and I know people have things to do on Sat nights other than be at a PC.
