If it's from watching too much tv...sure.
That's not where mine stems from. (yeah, I admit, I'm getting more dumb as times goes by, just ask the kids! )
Let's see...go work teaching all day, come home and homeschool, cook for seven of us, clean, do laundry, get ready for the next day, greet hubby as he gets home, make lesson plans, Saturday go to Shabbat services for a few hours, do any shopping and stuff I couldn't do during the week, Sunday is spent at church and a couple hours choir practice then evening service, then it's back to work Monday.
Unless I glue a television to my forehead, I don't get to watch anything! I have one show I'd like to see, but I have to wait until I have time and hope it's available on the "watch for free" channel and I get to it while it's still there.
The automatic assumption that people have of anyone who doesn't weight two pounds is pretty encouraging though and really helps me feel great about meeting new people and trusting that they'll judge me on me instead of appearances.
Oh wait, that doesn't happen. :tonofbricks:
