There are more important things to be concerned about.

There are ways to send her correspondence. If you are really interested, I can probably track down an address.

If you contact her though, I hope you will act with grace, love and humility.

So, next time someone appears nude or semi-nude on your television you won't turn the channel? Filth is all the same cursing and nudity.

    If you want to.

So, what about when someone says the F word, but the censor bleeped it out, but not enough. If someone said the word and you knew what they were saying, would it be as bad in your opinion?

Now you're trying to change the subject and ascribe a position to me that I don't hold.

There's a number of major differences between simple nudity, nudity intended to be erotic, and coarse language. Lumping them all together and calling them "filth" doesn't do justice to your argument or mine.

Yes, coarse language is not good. Ultimately it coarsens our culture, our society and our relationships. We need to put it aside.

Nudity designed to be erotic on the airwaves is a much more dangerous thing. It tempts us to consider members of the opposite gender to be objects for our sexual self-satisfaction and is ultimately depersonalizing, desensitizing, and corrupting to our character if we indulge in it.

Simple nudity in other purposes and contexts (the locker room, doctor's office, health films, certain types of art, etc.) is generally not a problem unless someone is already so sexually-obsessed that they have given themselves over to lust before they encounter it, thereby turning something normal and natural into a sin for themselves. But I don' t think that's what we ever intended to discuss here.

Let me look into it to see how easy it is to get that information... I will PM you if I find it.

I'd like to see cussing bleeped out even if I knew what it was. I really don't like to hear those ugly words.

Agree that there are different types of nudity. The nudity of the refugees in Schindler's List made me cry, and I think was used responsibly. But it's true most nudity in movies is just for erotic impact.

I got the soap treatment as a child, but mostly I remember the "switch" treatment, being whipped with a willow branch all the way home from school. Ah, good times...

All nudity in movies and on tv is completley unnecessary and filth. Those who want to defend nudity on any level make failed attempts to assign an obssession to those who proclaim it as wrong.

We should be lead by a holy and righteous standard not some desensatized standard that excuses this deviant behavior.

Sounds like you would not support an accurate film of the Bible. Is it ok to read it and not to see it?

This idea that any depiction of God's creation is filthy is perversion in itself. God's creation is beautiful, not dirty, as some would proclaim.

What is a perversion is misapplying God's intentions with His creation.

How can they bleep something, but not enough? I don't need cursing and neither does anyone else. It's the same as grunting.

They can bleep it out, but not enough.....

You can view it in a video. You posted it in another thread, where Donald is talking about the price of oil.

You can clearly make out what he is saying. My question is does it make a difference? Knowing what he said vers hearing what he said?

I'd rather not think about it. Those words don't have a place.

It is easy for you to run from a question and only point fingers huh?

If you would rather not think about such things, then why did you bring the subject up?!?

There's no reason to continue to discuss what God has already deemed a sin.

Once again, you like running from any questions asked of you. You only want to post thread after thread and point fingers...

It's ok. People can read and see through what you're all about. If you don't want to debate a topic I would suggest you not post it.

I'm not running away. You're a baiter and I'm just about through discussing anything with you.

It doesn't make sense to continually argue over something that is clearly a sin. We can't change scripture. Sin is sin and no one can change scripture.

I am only asking simple questions. I am not a baiter. You posted a video where Donald was clearly cussing with the exact same word and it brought to my mind if there were any difference between beeping it out or not.

You are the one that wants to post thread after thread pointing fingers to any and everything that in your opinion you think is wrong or sinful and when asked for scripture you don't give it.

Can you show me where the word she used is sinful? Please post the Chapter and Verse.

I don't condone the use of cuss words, but please don't tell me it's sinful unless you can show me backed by scripture.

Yah you won't find that word in scripture, nor abortion, nor pornography, nor stalking, nor a hundred other words. But the teaching is still there.
