FDA asks federal judge for 55 years to complete FOIA request for Pfizer vaccine information

The FOIA request was submitted to the FDA in August by Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, a group of more than 30 international public health professionals, medical professionals, scientists, and journalists that "exist solely to obtain and disseminate the data relied upon by the FDA to license COVID-19 vaccines." The group includes academics and medical experts from Yale, Harvard Medical School, and UCLA; alumni from the Trump administration; and prominent health experts from around the world.

PHMPT is being represented by Siri & Glimstad, a New York-based law firm that has performed millions of dollars of legal work on behalf of groups opposed to vaccine mandates.

The medical transparency group had requested "all data and information for the Pfizer vaccine" including safety and effectiveness data; a protocol for a test or study; adverse reaction reports, product experience reports, consumer complaints, and other similar data and information; a list of all active ingredients and any inactive ingredients; an assay method or other analytical method; all correspondence and written summaries of oral discussions relating to the vaccine; all records showing Pfizer and BioNTech's testing of a particular lot; and all records showing the testing of and action on a particular lot by the FDA.

PHMPT also made a request for expedited processing of its FOIA submission, arguing there is a "compelling need" for the FDA to speedily release Pfizer vaccine data "because a lack of transparency erodes the confidence the medical and scientific community and the public have in the conclusions reached by the FDA."

Simple solution. Have the plaintiff, at their expense, provide the necessary personnel and equipment and supplies needed to process the 80,000 pages per month they are asking for.

Hey, Ken. We're going to force you on pain of vilification, poverty, and destitution to receive a jab. It's safe and effective.

Really. Trust us.

An outfit with the resources of the Fed govt can’t produce the documents it used for its own deliberation process as a regulatory act

for 55 years. When it allegedly was able to review and issue its approval in barely 3 months???

so the question is why do those pages need to be processed? Why are they not already processed? Comes across as an excuse not to reveal that which is hidden.

You will.

unless there is some counter treatment to the self generating spike protein. Having that in one’s system long term is a show stopper.

With a few years exception here and there, I have gotten a yearly flu vaccination every year since 1978. If I get a yearly COVID-19 vaccination yearly, I see it as being no different of a scenario.
LOL. It's not yearly. It's every few months. Maybe weeks now.

The lies behind, and the failures of the jabs notwithstanding, as a professed Libertarian, the forced violations of conscience on your fellow free men should enrage you.

1) Maybe every few months for some, not for me.

2) I am no longer a member of the Libertarian Party. At the moment, I am not a member of any political party and have no plans to join a political party again.

3) In a broader sense, I have reached the conclusion that fallen, corrupt human beings voting for other fallen, corrupt human beings to rule over them is problematic, as fallen, corrupt human beings are not capable of self-rule, regardless of the form of government. The Bible has monarchies. Jesus is King, not president or prime minister. Maybe we human beings should have stayed with the monarchical form of government? Probably doesn't matter the form anyway as all human governments are corrupt and in rebellion against God ever since Adam sinned in the Garden of Eden.

Wull gee Ken. Maybe Eve shoulda turned tail and ran, reckon?

sigh. Of course there is no incorruptible govt because it is comprised of people. Doesnt have to be a govt to be corrupt.

I am corrupt. My best is like filthy rags.

church governance to little league to business … to government.

corrupt to the core.

It was too late. Eve had already sinned. Then after Adam sinned, we all became corrupted by his sin.

I agree.

I simply found your "shoulda" on government type to be odd. Why stop at the style of government noting corruption, when we can goto the source, right?

Just saying that all forms of government are corrupt. Choosing rulers versus having a monarchy as in the Bible doesn't fix the problem of governments being corrupt.
