One state gets one vote. Democrats have fewer states. It is only indirectly related to individual voters, The voters elect the party that controls their state.

Trump would win if republicans dont vote for Biden. Each state gets one vote, that should mean they talk and make sure who is going to vote for whom before they vote in the house.
