Find a verse?

In my head there is a verse, at least the concept of a verse and I can't find it anywhere, so if this rings any bells I would appreciate the response. The verse is something along the lines of the following:
"There are still some who haven't heard the gospel and I hold that to your account". This translation is obviously the New-Jason Paraphrased Version, and could likely be the result of me reading something incorrectly a long time ago.

Not sure what verse you are looking for. I did find in Colossians 1 that the Gospel has been heard by every creature throughout the world.

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister; (Col. 1:23)

Colossians 1:23 is the Great Commission of Jesus in Matthew 28 fulfilled.

Ezekiel 3:
17 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. 18 When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for[Or in; also in verses 19 and 20] their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 19 But if you do warn the wicked person and they do not turn from their wickedness or from their evil ways, they will die for their sin; but you will have saved yourself.

20 “Again, when a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before them, they will die. Since you did not warn them, they will die for their sin. The righteous things that person did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 21 But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.”

James 5:
17 Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. 18 Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.

19 My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, 20 remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins.

James 3:1
Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.

Many are fruit and light by just remaining in Christ depending on Him remaining in the vine. There is branches that reach out with the True Vine.

Maybe...

(1Co 9:16) For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

Would it be this one?

1Co 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

How about this one?

Ezekiel 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take [any] person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

The New Testament application could be that we believers have a responsibility to warn unbelievers of their peril. I don't think this means we'll have to personally kick the unbeliever off the cliff into Hell.
