Finding a church

    He said that somebody told him that the pastor was racist. He said that he doesn't know any details, he wasn't there, etc, but he's still accusing the pastor and church of being racist. He is repeating gossip. He is turning hearsay into fact.

    To publicly call someone a racist based on what someone else heard does seem like gossip to me.

    You need to talk the pastor yourself John.

    John, the point is you are not regularly attending a Baptist church. Thus according to Board rules you are restricted from posting in the Baptist Only forums. If you wish to continue this discussion in your manner be prepared for disciplinary action. "The anger of man worketh not the righteousness of God."

    Of course the charges are baseless. John knows that I did not say he was not a fundamentalist, simply that he is not a member (or regularly attend) a Baptist church as required by BB policy in the Baptist Only forums.
