Competent people who do not take the fall for the President's irrational behavior cannot be tolerated.

He's channeling Q Anon. (Or maybe any number of publications that have reported — as in my previous link — that the president thinks she's too big for her britches. Her foreign policy pronouncements are consistent, whether you like them or not, and we just can't have that, you know.)
He probably sees her as a threat come 2020. She may try to grab the presidency, OH NO Mr. Bill!
To be forthright at thus point in time I would probably pick Halley over Trump.
But I don't know. If Trump/Un negotiations turns out with the denuking of NOKO then Trump is still my man (oops, I mean person).
