Think not that I am come to destroy The Law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. Matthew 5:17

1 to make full, to fill up, i.e. to fill to the full, to cause to abound, to furnish or supply liberally

But now Jesus, our High Priest, has been given a ministry that is far superior to the old priesthood, for he is the one who mediates for us a far better covenant with God, based on better promises. If the first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no need for a second covenant to replace it. - Hebrews 8:6-7 NLT

Not to complement it--to replace it.

So if the priesthood of Levi, on which the law was based, could have achieved the perfection God intended, why did God need to establish a different priesthood, with a priest in the order of Melchizedek instead of the order of Levi and Aaron?

And if the priesthood is changed, the law must also be changed to permit it.

For the priest we are talking about belongs to a different tribe, whose members have never served at the altar as priests. What I mean is, our Lord came from the tribe of Judah, and Moses never mentioned priests coming from that tribe.

This change has been made very clear since a different priest, who is like Melchizedek, has appeared. Jesus became a priest, not by meeting the physical requirement of belonging to the tribe of Levi, but by the power of a life that cannot be destroyed.

And the psalmist pointed this out when he prophesied, "You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek." Yes, the old requirement about the priesthood was set aside because it was weak and useless. -
Hebrews 7:11-18 NLT

Set aside, ἀθέτησις: abolished, disannulled, put away, rejected, cancelled.
Replaced.
Hebrews 8:7 If the first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no need for a second covenant to replace it.
Made obsolete.
Hebrews 8:13 When God speaks of a "new" covenant, it means he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear [as something that is decaying]
The Temple was still standing when this was written. Sacrifices were being offered. Circumcisions were being performed. Priests were being ordained. The old system was still visible, but it was lifeless, like an old shirt that was set aside never to be worn again.
And not just the part about priests, but the whole law, v 19...
...And the prophets, for Christ said not one jot or tittle shall pass from the law till all had been fulfilled.
Matthew 5:17-18 KJV Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, [the law will not change] till all be fulfilled.
But wait! What did Paul say? if the priesthood is changed, the law must also be changed to permit it.

And if the law is changed even one jot, it means all has been fulfilled. (Sorry, Dispensationalists. That's gotta hurt!) ;)

Verse 8 YHWH found fault with the Priests-(them), Not with His Torah=Instructions

The Torah will be taught during the Millennium Isaiah 2:3

The Appointed Times will be taught and kept during the Millennium. Including Passover with Animal Sacrifices. Ezekiel's Temple

If YESHUA fulfilled-(kept it, so we don't have to) Then explain why it will be kept during the Millennium

Colossians 2:16-17

Isaiah 66:23
And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before Me, saith YHWH.

Galatians 4:9-11

But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.

I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.

The Galatians came out of worshiping pagan gods, celebrating their days, months and times of year and some of them were going back to these other gods, and by doing so, Paul said all the work he put in for them was for nothing.

They were celebrating Mithra on December 25

They were keeping the day Ishtar-(ashtoreth) designated for Tammuz - Did you know that Easter has absolutely nothing to do with Passover and is still kept on the same day as Tammuz's day was celebrated?

YESHUA said to Keep the Passover in Remembrance of Him.

1 Corinthians 5:7-8

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Messiah our Passover is sacrificed for us:

Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

The only thing that changed was the Priesthood, He found fault with them. Not His Law

In Ezekiel's vision of the restored Temple (Ezekiel 44), a distinct hierarchy of Levites is established: the Zadokite priests serve as the high-ranking priests who minister directly in the innermost sanctuary, while the non-Zadokite Levites serve a more subordinate role, performing duties like guarding the gates and slaughtering sacrifices for the people.

The New Covenant Hebrews 8:10 - Jeremiah 31:33
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith YHWH; I will put My Torahs into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them God, and they shall be to Me a people:

The priesthood changed but was not done away with, Melchizedek came first, Abraham paid tithes while Levi was still in his loins.

Matthew 23:23
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the Law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

No Law = No Judgment, No Mercy, No Faith

Did Jesus keep the Laws that only apply to women?
Did Jesus keep the Laws that only apply to farmers?
Did Jesus keep the Laws that only apply to the Priests?

Quick Summary of Video
Change, means to Transfer from earthly to heavenly, it does not mean to do away with - Because YESHUA is not from Levi, He can not be an earthly priest. Which proves the author of Hebrews still regarded the levitical priesthood as being in effect on the earth.

Next, page 3 for understanding

A1-Z26

Hebrews Seven - Twelve = 232

Verse 30077 = 17 | Hebrews 7:12 = 19 _ (36) 9

For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of The Law. = 703

Verse 232 = 7 | Genesis 9:26 = 35 _ (42) 6

And he said, Blessed be YHWH God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

Verse 703 = 10 | Genesis 26:10 = 36 _ (46) 10 = 1

And Abimelech said, What is this thou hast done unto us? one = 34 of the people might lightly have lien with thy wife, and thou shouldest have brought guiltiness upon us.

232 + 703 = Verse 935 = 17 | Genesis 32:6 = 38 _ (55) 10 = 1

And the messengers returned to Jacob, saying, We came to thy brother Esau, and also he cometh to meet thee, and four hundred = 134 men with him.

9+6+1+1 = 17

GOD = 7+15+4 = 26 ~ 7+1+5+4 = 17

Hebrew Value for YHWH (יהוה) right to left ~ 10+5+6+5 = 26 ~ 1+5+6+5 = 17

The First and The Last

Aleph = 1 - Tav = 400 = 401

401
= The 79th Prime ___ YESHUA = 79 - Alpha - Omega = 79 @ A1-Z26

79
= The 22nd Prime ___ There are 22 Letters in the Hebrew Alphabet

79 + 22 = 101 = The 26th Prime

(Sorry, Dispensationalists. That's gotta hurt!)

‘Judaism’ still seeks preeminence over the Church and doesn’t recognize its widowhood, they killed their husband. Dispensationalism leads straight to the very first heresy/threat to the early church.

Ecc 1

That which hath been is that which shall be; and that which hath been done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

Hosea 11:12
Ephraim compasseth Me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit: but Judah yet ruleth with God, and is faithful with the saints.

Jeremiah 3:8

And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

YHWH Divorced Israel - Ephraim - But He didn't Divorce Judah

YESHUA laid down His Life for Two Folds, The House of Judah and The House of Israel, and said that is why His Father Loved Him

And that no man takes it from Him, that He had the power to lay it down and raise it again.

John 10:16-17

And other sheep-(House of Joseph-Ephraim) I have, which are not of this fold-(Judah): them also I must bring, and they shall hear My voice; and there shall be One Fold, and One Shepherd.

Therefore doth My Father love Me, because I lay down My life, that I might take it again.

Ezekiel 37:19,22

Say unto them, Thus saith Adonai YHWH; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them One Stick, and they shall be One in Mine Hand.

And I will make them One Nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and One King shall be King to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.

Jeremiah 3:14 regarding backsliding Israel

Turn, O backsliding children, saith YHWH; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:

But there is a problem YHWH divorced Israel and according to the Torah, A man can not take back a wife that he divorced because it would be an abomination.

Deuteronomy 24:4

Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before YHWH: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which YHWH thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

This is why Paul begins Romans 7:1 For those that know the Law, The Law regarding Marriage and Divorce

How that the Law of Marriage, re-marrying a wife you put away ends when the Husband dies, YESHUA died for His Unfaithful wife in order that He could be married to Her Again.

Believers are dead to what Law? The Law that prevented YESHUA from being Married to Israel again. and are now married to Him who was raised from the Dead

For those that Know the Law. Not the unlearned and unstable that twist Paul as they do all the scriptures.

Jacob ~ James 1:1

Jacob, a servant of GOD and of The Adonai YESHUA Mashiach, to The Twelve Tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

There are twelve gates into the New Jerusalem and each one is named for a Tribe of Israel

There isn't a Gate for any of the man made denominations created to draw disciples after themselves.

He Shall Reign over the House of Jacob forever Luke 1:33

The Household you're in, If you're saved, because the gentiles Have No Promises, Including The Promises for a New Covenant that is with Israel Ephesians 2:11-12, 19

Ephraim receives his inheritance and proceeds to squander it, and end up wishing he could eat pig slop, comes to his senses returns to the Father, The Father puts new clothes on him and has a Feast, The elder brother, I have always kept your commandments, and you never threw a party like this for me. The Father tells the elder, All that I have is yours, Shouldn't I be happy that your brother that was lost has Returned

The story of Ephraim Christianity and The House of Judah.

Hosea 8:11-12

Because Ephraim hath made many altars to sin, altars shall be unto him to sin.

I have written to him the great things of My Torah but they were counted as a strange thing.

Ephraim lies and sins, Judah is still faithful with the Saints

Acts 21:20

And when they heard it, they glorified YHWH, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many Thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they ARE all zealous of the Torah:

It's even 'nicer' how 'law-observance' is condensed and simplified by the New Testament:
I'm thinking right now how nice it was that Apollos didn't think he needed to change his name to something Hebrew-ish, but kept the name of the pagan deity.

Give me a example of where I've done that.
In every post.

Hebrews 8:7, The word "Covenant" is not in the Greek Text
So...what do you think is being referred to by "the first" and "the second"?

If YESHUA fulfilled-(kept it, so we don't have to) Then explain why it will be kept during the Millennium
It won't be.

For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. - Hebrews 10:1-4

The sacrifices are a memorial of sin, not a memorial of Christ.

Paul quotes Psalm 40 in Hebrews 10:6 to prove that God has never had a desire for animal sacrifices. But you assert that He always had and will again, as if Christ never made His sacrifice. That's what you're actually saying. If you are going to argue that the Temple, and the Priesthood, and the Offerings are going to be restored, you are arguing that Messiah (Christ, rather) has NOT come and has not performed the service of which those things only testified.

They weren't the real work. They were the copy. The blueprint. Heb. 8:5, 9:24.

So while they stand, it means the work wasn't done. Heb. 9:8

But the work WAS done.

The memorial of that work is in the breaking of bread, and in the sharing of the cup till He returns...NOT in the keeping of the Passover, and even less in the Seder. And when Christ comes, there will be the marks in His hands, His feet and side. And you want to burn dead animals. God's done with that.

God is done with that real estate in Palestine. He has built His 'Rest' house out of living, luminous stones more precious and brilliant than jewel, whose house are we, Heb. 3:6, and he moved in to stay. In 70 A.D. He tore down that old slaughterhouse He used to live in...at times anyway. (It was hard to find a good staff).

It is the spirit of antichrist that says He wants to rebuild it.

So what you need to do is to abandon all the beggarly elements you seem so enamored with. God's not impressed. Stop Judaizing your speech, too. God has taken the Gospel from that nation. We are Christians, not Messians. Use your Christian name. Cut your hair, wear an Hawaiian flowerty shirt, eat pork, go to church on Sunday, and say "Jesus."

Christ is the Alpha and the Omega.

Not the Aleph and the Taw.

Zechariah 12:10
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon Aleph-Taw Whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for Him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for Him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

John 19:37
And again another scripture saith, They shall look on Him Whom they pierced.

Revelation 1:7

Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen.

The Hebrew word spelled with the Aleph and the Taw, "את" (ET), occurs over 7,000 times in the Tanach. But is never translated into English.

Genesis 1:1 Barashyt Bara Elohim ET haShamayim wET haAretz

בראשית ברא אלהים את השמים ואת הארץ

Hebrew Value = 2701 = 73x37

The Hebrew word Chokmah (חָכְמָה) translates to "wisdom"

Standard Value = 73
Ordinal Value = 37
