    I've spent enough money since the advent of Radio Shack's TRS-80 16K Level II to buy a new car. I'm using Windows XP2 now. When I ran that program Windows provides to see if I could use Vista, it said OK, but your printer and scanner won't work with it. It didn't say why. Printers and scanners are cheap but I like to know why things won't work. Thoughts?

    Because your manufacturer hasn't put out a Vista driver yet.

    Microsoft gave all the companies several months to get their drivers together, but many sat on their duffs instead.
