Hey Barnabas! I didn't say I took Calgon baths! I just explained what they were! I am a shower person myself...I don't like to sit in my own dirt either. [IMG]

You just got another raspberry! If you will hold your cursor over the little emoticon, you will see his name is "Razz". Now, why do you suppose that is??? :D

Since this thread is closing, coffee is on the house. c[_]

    Blessings,

Now there is my trademark drink, coffee.

A story, when I was in first grade my class took a field trip to Mammoth Cave. During the tour the Park Ranger turned out all the lights and it was cool  . He also explained the importance of Mammoth Cave and how that if not for the salt peter (spelling?) mined there during the war of 1812 Americans would be tea drinkers rather than coffee drinkers...my mom spoke up and said 'I wouldn't!' :D

I learned to drink coffee from her [IMG]

I want to go there Frogman. Those caves run all under that town. Very far too. Its not far from me, and I could spend the day, and drive back.

I have been to Meramec Caverns here in Missouri. That was fun. All about Jesse James.

So, Then since we are past the unbiblical number 8, do we keep going until we reach the next biblical one?

We analytical minds just need to keep track of these things......

Yes, I wanted to close it down at 7 but I missed the 15/page count and did not want to cut people off with their answers... So, we may go up to the next Biblical number, which is 12. [IMG] [IMG]

Wow, this is kind of exciting! Who's going to get the last word? I'll just have to hang around and see.

I wanted to say that I was fighting the urge to click the reply button; but I just had to...but now I wish I hadn't...that addiction thread...now I am hopping all over the board trying to get the last word, but there is always somebody posting as I am, or just after, and of course, I'll have to come back tomorrow and post again...maybe that is the addiction...the last word...my wife Mrs.Frogman, she never lets me have the last word :( and I can't get it here either [IMG]

Wait a minute, I have posted a few things that no one else had anything to say about...that's worse than not getting the last word isn't it??? To be ignored...ok...ok..ok, I'm shutting up now [IMG]

Looks like you folks are having fun! [IMG]

I Am Blessed 16, did I say that you were taking C-bath? I thought that I was only thanking you for the information. But if I did, I stand corrected. [IMG]

Bro. Dallas, in our house I always have the last word! Do you want to know what it is I say? "Yes Dear!" [IMG]

Sherrie, you drink raspberry tea without sugar or cream? How awful that could taste! At least you should have honey in your tea (that's how I would drink it).

Purple Lady, it maybe that you will have the last word.... As you know, each page has 15 posts (regardless of their length), so when we will get close to the limit, I shall try to put my feet down and close the thread (unlike at page 7). ;)

Well, yesterday at 1:00 PM my wife and I were heading out to the New Jersey mountains. Our son-in-law, Alan Parker, is candidating a church in Georgia and my wife volunteered to take care of the three grandkids (ages 6, 4, and 1) while they are away. After dropping them off at the Newark Airport, I headed back to the Big Apple. They called me on the cell phone and said that they went to the wrong building. Continental Airlines is housed in the "C" building, but they were told that three flights are taking off from building "A." So they had to take the overhead train between buildings (like in Atlanta's airport). But they got on the plane OK. I was joking with them and said that they probably will arrive to Georgia sooner than I will make it to Manhattan. The trip which usually don't take me more than 30 minutes, was a little over an hour.

Today I will pick up our older daughter, Elizabeth, and go out with her to the country again. She will give a hand to my wife in caring for the little people. I will head back after that and work on my Sunday School lesson, clean house, and try to rest (?????). My work is very demanding, as summer is setting on. During the weekend I usually prepare my battle plans. I trust that you folks are taking it easy over the weekend. The blessings of the Lord to you all on the Lord's Day tomorrow! [IMG]

Sherrie, I guess that must have sounded pretty funny to you, right? But I do put my feet down every once in a while - hence I have learned the art of walking... [IMG] [IMG]

My goodness...it's Monday again already!

It was such a nice weekend. Just got to do a lot of fun, family things. Friday night, went out to Chili's (my favorite restaurant!) with my husband, son and daughter. I absolutely CRAVE their chips and salsa! And I had their chicken taco's,which is my favorite meal there. It just hit the spot!

Afterwards we went to the Dollar Tree...one of my favorite stores. EVERYTHING is a dollar. We get so many good deals there. I got a really cute pair of sunglasses for a dollar. I had my 20-year-old son help me pick them out so I know they're cool.

Saturday was a beautiful day so I hopped up and walked our German Shepherd,Stormy. Then I had to go to church to confer with a girl whose wedding I'm going to be singing in, in July. She is a Christian whose parents are from India. They are Hindu, had never been in a church before! Hopefully this wedding will be a good opportunity to live Christ before them.

In the afternoon,I went to a baby shower for my husband's neice, who had a little boy a month ago. He weighed 9 pounds 4 ounces at birth! Heidi (the mom) is already slim again! Amazing. The baby is adorable, and the shower was fun.

Then my husband and son and I went out to the family farm where his brother lives, and I visited with my sister-in-law while the men tried to start a little old beat-up Chevette that was supposed to be my son's work car this summer. It started and we got it home, but it didn't start last night, so my son had to bring me to work this morning. Who knows how I'll get home.

Church yesterday was a blessing, and then last night out to Culver's for root beer. They have the BEST root beer! [IMG]

Hope I didn't bore everyone with my chronicles. Have a lovely Monday!

P.S. What's your favorite root beer? should that be a thread of its own,Barnabas? [IMG]

Hello! Good Morning to you all.

Cindy I am so glad you had a wonderful weekend. sounded nice. I go to the dollar store too sometimes. Taylor likes to get her storybooks there, and kenny likes the candy, and Amanda is somewhere on the wall looking at the girly stuff. I like the different kinds of picture frames.

Oh yes! The picture frames are great! In fact,my daughter got one Friday night. She loves old black and white photo's, so she framed a pic of my husband's father and mother (his mom is deceased) when they were possibly in their 20's...circa late 1940's or early 50's.

My husband's mom is wearing a cute little suit with a peplum jacket, and a hat...and my husband's dad is so handsome. Great picture.
