There was a woman murdered downtown Indianapolis after the fireworks on the 4th of July because she said all lives matter. She had a 3 year-old child with her. Her boyfriend returned fire but he missed and the teens got away. Indianapolis is little Chicago based upon percentages per capita.

It was two and then three on one, with a fourth videoing the assault and battery, but the point is still the same.

Perhaps the underlying problem is somewhere in here:

The mother of the male who kicked the young child has defended her son on Facebook writing: 'He didn't try to kick that baby, he tried to jump over the baby on to her and made a mistake. My kid is not the type to kick a baby, accidents happen.'​

Accidents that just “happen” in the commission of a crime are usually charged along with the original crime. It’s at least assault on a child along with murder. Mom is excusing brutality.

I guess her “kid” IS the type to murder another person.

I heard about that from an unconventional news source, I think it may have been INFOWARS. I wouldn't know if the big 3 reported it, since I rarely listen to them. What a mess!

There is a real epidemic of unwed mothers in this country, and it is extremely prevalent in the black population. It seems that every time a black youth is taken in or shot while comitting a crime, the news will focus on the grieving mom who usually says something like "This ain't true. My baby wouldn't do something like that."
Irresponsible parenting needs greater focus than any other issue in the USA.

In the Indianapolis case, there is an old canal downtown that is no longer in use and really is just a pond about 15 blocks long. It was lined with concrete and given sidewalks with federal money in the 1980s.

Because it is stagnant it becomes choked with weeds. It sits a half story or so below street level. Because it is out of street sight it almost immediately became a crime scene and there have been many shootings there. Nothing good happens after midnight and no one should use that canal walk for any reason. Downtown Indianapolis is dangerous at night and on weekends.

The rally will not be supported by Indiana Senator Mike Braun. He supports BLM:

Agreed. Even without knowing the full situation, where it appears the mother and toddler are on their own property, the idea that a teen boy should join in a beatdown on a mother with her "baby" in tow just boggles the mind.

His mom's trying to defend any of his actions is just ludicrous. Manhood not forthcoming. No wonder a black officer would put a teen up against a car and hold him by the throat. They should be allowed to take the belt to them.

This is becoming so commonplace that I wouldn't go anywhere without carrying. Keep you head on a swivel and pay attention to the people around you. I'm too old to whip anyone in a fight, but my index finger works just fine.
