The obvious answer is to stop being a lawyer and to become a hippy. Then you can grow your hair as long as you like. :D
Seriously, your ears are the way God made them. Stop worrying!

I'm not too worried really. Just a passing comment by a fellow lawyer who thought it might make a difference to me professionally. But my wife loves 'em.
