Good grief, not sure why I have to explain these things. This picture shows nothing. The implementation of this was immediate rather than announcing weeks in advance of implementation. Seriously this just gets silly

Yes, it is silly. Trump announced at virtually every rally for over a year that he would sign an EO to ban refugee immigrants from entering the US during "Week One", then during week one he does it and has a photo op showing he did it. It was announced loud and clear.
Again, embarrassed for you. You should learn to stop arguing when you lost the point.
