Doesn't matter. The GOP would love nothing more than a one party system, if that one party was them.

They are two sides of the same corrupt coin. Trump lied to get people to vote for him. Biden lied to get people to vote for him. Both are thankful people will believe their lies.
BIG difference is that Biden party appears to have done a systematic and massive voter fraud campaign, aided by high tech!

Trump says he will concede if the electoral college votes for Biden.

I wonder if we need a 3rd party called the American Party, too many of both party just dont care about what majority of American people want.

There is an American Party

and the Americian Independent Party

Independent conservative voters

and dozens more of other political parties

Maybe we need to go back to the original way (that seems to be what the GOP is always saying).

The President is the candidate who gets the most votes and the VP is the one who gets the second most.

We could have President Biden and VP Trump (or vice versa).

No, the two American political parties are not one coin, anything but. I would agree that it's a globalist (D/RINO) v. nationalist battle.

We are in civil war now, just not one with firing of guns at each other. I blame the democrats for it, they are the ones demanding everything change to suit their progressive policies.

Agree, we are in a cold war, for now but it could go hot easily in this political environment - all it would take is a Beto-style gun confiscation, for example.

It's just that "coming together" isn't going to happen when one side thinks the other side is a bunch of racist Nazis - that enables them to view their voting fraud as noble, the delusion they stopped Hitler.

They are a coin. They are polar opposite on every issue (economic, social, immigration, abortion, racial policies). People (except for minority nut cases) are in-between. Neither party could sustain the nation (one is focused very short term, the other too long term). Each depends on the other and both derives its power from never truly obtaining stated platform goals.

"Of a coin" does not mean polar opposites, but rather refers to being only superficially different. The policies of the two parties are opposite and not designed to achieve the same ends.

However, there should be no disagreement that Dems & RINOs are "of a coin." Trump is not a RINO but rather a nationalist calling the GOP to a right standard. Trump is the difference between only saying and actually doing.

Yes, and their delusion is doubly so, because they are like Reds who imagined stopping Hitler really accomplished something. Marxism and fascism indeed are of the same brutal coin.

The Dem Progressive Left needs people to foolishly falsely imagine they are fighting fascism, as it enables them to erode rights and destroy the country through their policies. They are a vile lot.

They are superficially different. They are the same power of this world. The difference is the people they exploit. The DNC uses minority groups and racial issues as political capital while the GOP uses religious groups and moral issues as political capital. Both have to keep their "goals" just outside of arms reach to survive.

If the DNC actually resolved social injusticevit would loose its power. If racism is resolved to the point it is no longer a national issue then the DNC will make it an issue. If the GOP actually banned abortion and moral injustices then they, also, would loose their power (they have to keep the carrot on the stick).

That is the parties. They are powers of this world - sides of tge sane coin.

I am not speaking of Democrats and Republicans but the parties they choose to serve. The people believe the agendas attainable and are well intentioned. The political partys are interested in power, not people.

Well, I was hoping we wouldn't have to go here, but here we go.

If by "of a coin" means neither is the Kingdom of God, then, yes, they are "of a coin," but who in their right mind thinks America is or should be or even could be the Kingdom of God on earth?

Are you really saying that every form of government on earth is equally undesirable?

I do believe that the world is the world and men cannot serve God and man, but that was not what I meant.

What I mean is that they are extremes of the same system. One chooses A and the other choses B. Neither are able to truly address the issues of their platform.

Not to change the subject, but what strikes me as funny in the extreme is that some thirty states bought election computerized processing systems branded "Dominion." The name alone should raise eyebrows in a free society... and put a gleam in the eye of those bent on power and control.

Colossians 1:16
For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

dominions can be one of the invisible celestial spiritual powers of some kind

The look about the same to me :Wink .

I certainly hope that this was a rhetorical, sarcastic statement.
If not, you sure do have some serious blinders on!
Can you realistically say that you would not opt to living today under R admins rather than D admin???
If not, then you not only have blinders on, you are apparently blind as well!

It was a mixture of sarcasm and seriousness (mostly the former with a sprinkle of the latter). They are both wicked, but each has a wickedness of their own, I suppose. I see the Church as much healthier without the GOP. But I see America as much healthier without the DNC. Plus I like posting stuff that makes people respond. :Wink
