Tulsi Gabbard Proposes Bill to Ban Biological Males from Competing in Women’s Sports
Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) introduced a bill with Rep. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) on Thursday which would restrict federal funds from going to schools that allow boys and men to compete against girls and women in sports.
Gabbard and Mullin added, “Given the average difference in abilities conferred by biological sex, this bill would clarify Title IX protections for female athletes is based on biological sex.”

Title IX’s provision of “equal opportunity for women and girls in high school and college sports” is being “weakened” by the allowance of boys and men to compete against them, said Gabbard, emphasizing “the general biological distinction between men and women athletes based on sex.”
It is interesting to notice how much differently liberal and conservative media report this.

I’ve always thought it violated women’s rights to force them to compete against mentally ill men who think they are women, or to force women to share locker rooms, bathrooms etc with those men.

When did the treatment for a mental illness (a man believing he’s a wiman and versa vice) become forcing everyone else to pretend along with that person they are something they are not?

peace to you

This bill will not get many Democrat votes. The Republicans will lose a lot of liberal Republican votes. I think that the GOP will provide the majority of the votes for passage. It will be like asking the US Chamber of Commerce to oppose cheap illegal labor.

This should be a no brainer which means it’s going nowhere. Gabbard also put forward a bill to protect born alive abortion babies, which will probably get equally poor support from her dem colleagues. Tulsi dispatched Harris in the primary, too bad she didn’t get the nod for vp. Probably means she wasn’t bought & paid for. Seems like Joe would have preferred to smell her though, so maybe Jill nixed it. Tulsi already campaigning for 24? If so, she would have to switch parties.

Oh forgot to mention, because the media didn’t cover the Hunter laptop......
