Yes, it is up to the courts, lawyers now. Trump's lawyers say they have evidence of how votes were changed in real time by the Dominion software, adjusted as the votes were showing up on their screens.
They claim they have more evidence than is normally needed to convict people of serious crimes in court.

the above was my reaction when I saw the group that counted and recounted the ballots in Clayton County:

He is an idiot. He has been hiding and now that it's too late he is talking all big. Signature verification audit had to be done before recount to do any good.
