He has turned this into an integrity issue for himself. He KNOWS that I didn't attribute that quote to anyone (it's right there for everyone to see), and just doesn't know when to quit.

You have accused me in a public forum, and I have made a direct challenge. Either show me where that quote was attributed to ANYONE, or show some integrity and admit that it wasn't. With every post you offer that does not do this, you simply reinforce my assertion that you are bearing false witness. Don't restate the charge you cannot prove, show me where it was attributed to anyone. Even the most casual observer can read my post and see that what you allege is simply not true. To utilize an old familiar saying: sayin' it don't make it true..... and sayin' it again and again don't work neither. [sic]

Who said it? Provide source and quote in whatever context you find it. If you remember, this was the request I made to begin with that you never responded to.

Or you can simply admit it's not a quote, that nobody said it, and that it's your opinion that that is what they meant based on other remarks they actually did make.

Then, next time you can leave the quotation marks off and state it's your opinion to keep from misleading the uninformed.

No, I did not.
As I have stated on numerous occasions, I listen to Rush, Hannity, et al.
This was something that they maintained a while back: nobody ever said the word "imminent." Remembering this, notice that I intentionally misspelled the word, and very clearly did not assign that quote to anyone. If you read further, you will note that I did assign quotes to others.

Despite this, you repeatedly accused me of lying, even when I clearly pointed out that the quote was not assigned to anyone. Because of this behavior, you turned this into an integrity issue for yourself.

Bottom line: I didn't attribute that quote to anyone, did I? That being the case, your accusation of lying is bearing false witness. Then, when confronted with the fact that it wasn't attributed, you continued to bear false witness.

More false witness: you really do not know when to quit. I was not misleading the uninformed - that is not true. You really are starting to look foolish.

But going forward, since you cannot grasp the basic concept of sarcasm, then just for you, I will use italics.

There were any number of Democrats saying essentially the same thing prior to, and after 9-11. They have been quoted here before, and easily could be again.

I may not have absorbed her lessons on manners, but she taught me not to lie and not to tolerate it in others.

FACT: That phrase that is in quotes, was not attributed to anyone. You know it, and the evidence is right there. Regardless of how many times you offer claims to the contrary, it is a FACT that cannot be changed.

FACT: I gave you the rationale, clearly showing why I did not attempt to attribute that phrase to anyone. Since you seemingly do not grasp the concept of sarcasm, I even offered to utilize italics going forward.

FACT: I directly challenged you to show where I was attributing that quote to anyone, which you haven't done. You cannot because it was not. EVERYONE can see that it was not attributed to anyone.

Carpro, I have warned you repeatedly, yet you didn't heed my warning. Since you willfully disregard the FACTS, you are not only a bearer of false witness, you have turned this into a serious integrity issue for yourself. Apparently I am not the only one who has noted this. As you have borne false witness, I strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with the BB policies to which you agreed when you became a member.

Because of your brazen disregard for the facts, especially when clearly presented to you, I really am embarrassed for you.

Undoubtedly, this will generate another Oh, Yeah? response (notice that, for your benefit, I used italics rather than quotation marks). Any response other than addressing the FACTS really says more about you than it does about me.
