I just think it was a poor decision.[/B] But this is the US and he has a right to be wrong. :laugh:

We really don't have the information necessary to say if it was a good or a bad decision.

It depends on how much he sold the house for... and what his local real estate market will do in the future.

A year from now he may look like a financial genius for getting out before the next big market decline if it goes that way.
