There is no global warming
Will you admit your statement that “sign of prophet Jonah global warming” is contrary to the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ found in Matthew 12:38-42 and is, therefore, serious error? No there is global warming which is a global warning
Will you admit your statement that “sign of prophet Jonah global warming” is contrary to the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ found in Matthew 12:38-42 and is, therefore, serious error?
Peace to you
“As Jonah was 3 days and nights in the belly of the sea beast, so the Son of Man shall be 3 days and nights in the heart of the earth”Matthew 12:39 (NKJV) But He answered and said to them, "An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.
What was the sigh of the prophet Jonah, what was it?
“As Jonah was 3 days and nights in the belly of the sea beast, so the Son of Man shall be 3 days and nights in the heart of the earth”
The “sign of Jonah” is a symbolic reference to the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Your claim the “sign of Jonah” is global warming is a direct contradiction of our Lord Jesus Christ and takes the focus off the death burial and resurrection of Jesus.
Will you admit your obvious error and recant your statement?
peace to you
You stated in post#7 that “sign of Jonah global warming” Here you say it is a “global warning”.I claim nothing….
“the sign of Jonah” is a global warning blow the trumpet…
You stated in post#7 that “sign of Jonah global warming” Here you say it is a “global warning”.
They are both false claims that contradict the words of our Lord Jesus found in Matthew 12:38-42. The focus of the “sign of Jonah” is to point those seeking “signs” to the death burial and resurrection of Jesus.
Since you have repeatedly started threads about all your “visions and dreams and dreams inside visions” you seem to be seeking signs yourself.
Maybe you should listen to the words of Jesus. The sign of Jonah is not what you claim.
peace to you
Do you believe “biblical authority” is optional?what does it mean when the bible is my authority?
In Christianity, the term biblical authority refers to two complementary ideas: the extent to which one can regard the commandments and doctrines within the Old and New Testament scriptures as authoritative over humans' beliefs and conduct.
Does Babylon and the Roman Empire ring a bell? The disasters in the OP were to fall upon ISRAEL, not the world, for idol worship & other sins.
Babylon is among the 5 empires in Rev. 17 that had fallen at that time, while Rome was the one that "is" then, & has since fallen also. The Holy Roman Empire was the 7th(It ended in 1816) while the 8th will be that of the "beast/antichrist".Does Babylon and the Roman Empire ring a bell?
Don't you believe God causes the rise and fall of nations in judgment?Babylon is among the 5 empires in Rev. 17 that had fallen at that time, while Rome was the one that "is" then, & has since fallen also. The Holy Roman Empire was the 7th(It ended in 1816) while the 8th will be that of the "beast/antichrist".
Do you believe “biblical authority” is optional?
Do you believe you “can” believe in the authority of scripture or you “can” ignore the authority of scripture if you think you know better?
Your beliefs concerning the “sign of Jonah is global warming” directly contradicts the teaching of Jesus Christ in Matthew 12:38-42. Jesus says the “sign of Jonah” symbolically points those seeking signs to His death, burial and resurrection.
Are you saying you know better than Jesus what the “sign of Jonah” is?
peace to you
Did I say He didn't?Don't you believe God causes the rise and fall of nations in judgment?
No, the sign of Jonah was that he was in a "tomb"(a whale's belly) for 3 days, & emerged unharmed. No one else was known to have been swallowed whole by a large creature & survived. There's no oxygen, & strong digestive juices. Likewise, Jesus was gone from earth 3 days; His earthly body was dead. Yet He came back into it, & was alive & well in His old body again! No the sign of Jonah” is to those that who seek a sign, the sign of Jonah” is Christ will rise, this is the sign of Jonah, to all also in the world, a global warning as it was in the days of old
And you say directly contradicts the teaching of Jesus Christ no but?
In 2 Corinthians 11:4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you may well put up with it!
which Jesus people refer to?

I think the myth of human-made global warming might be a destructive heresy. It is, of course, advocated by those who want to take away your freedom and make you a cog in their wheel.
Are you saying that you are preaching “another Jesus, another gospel, another spirit”?
peace to you
