Paul was addressing Romans that believed the gospel from the heart even though they were servants of sin. The moment they believed the gospel they were set free from sin.

Paul is showing that a sinner can believe the gospel as he is, and does not need to be regenerated to have the ability to believe as you falsely teach.

You don't understand because you don't want to understand.

Now, how many times are you going to ask the same questions? Do you have a learning disability?

How can a sinner believe in Jesus and yet not be regenerated?

Regeneration always follows belief. Haven't you read John 20:31?

Jhn 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

See, you have to believe that ye MIGHT HAVE life.

Believing and being regenerated are not the same thing. Believing is trusting God's promise. Regeneration occurs afterward when God gives the power to become a son of God to those who receive Jesus and believe on his name.

Believing does not make you spiritually alive. It is when God forgives your sins and sends the Holy Spirit to dwell in you that you are regenerated and made spiritually alive. God only does this for people who believe on his Son Jesus.

You just keep on asking the same questions over and over and over again. I will try to be patient and keep answering you, and hopefully someday you will get it.

God stated that He gives us a new heart, and that He saved us by His Grace, so how are we not regenerated to belief unto eternal life then?

I fail to see in the scriptures where it is taught that one must be regenerated in order to believe on Christ.

In scripture and in my own personal life I see regeneration as something that takes place at the moment that someone believes. not before someone believes.

God does give us a new heart, and he does save us by his grace, but he does not do this to enable us to believe. That is where you have gone into complete error.

The scriptures say you must believe to have life.

Life -----> Faith This is complete error, not supported by one word of scripture.

Faith -----> Life This is complete truth, supported by MUCH scripture.

Jhn 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

The person that believes has life. The person that does not believe shall not see life.

This shows that believing precedes regeneration. If you do not believe, God will not regenerate you.

You just keep asking Yeshua1, I will try to be patient with you and answer you over, and over, and over, and over again. I know how you struggle to learn.

I agree with you that regeneration happens at the same time as belief.

People sometimes ask, "How can a person believe without a regenerated heart?" I would say they can't. I would also ask, "How can a person with a regenerated heart not believe?" I would say they do believe. All regenerated people believe. all believers are regenerated. Not before nor after.

Faith and regeneration may happen at the same moment, but the scriptures always teach you have to believe to have life. They never teach you must have life to believe as Calvinism falsely teaches.

Jhn 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Plain as day, the man who believes has life, but the man who does not believe shall not see life.

This absolutely says that life is the RESULT of believing. You must believe to have life, if you do not believe you shall not see life.

Order is very important, and the order in scripture does not support Calvinism.

Yes it's true that we have to believe in order to have eternal life. I was speaking about regeneration where your heart is changed from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh.
